Students in District 211’s academies showed faculty and staff just how creative they are. District 211 students from Academy-North, Academy-South, and New Endeavors recently hosted the art show “The Art of Today, The Opportunities of Tomorrow,” at the G.A. McElroy Administration Center. District 211 Student Digital Democracy Committee Creates Action Plans for Future

Last year, several District 211 students from each high school served on a Digital Democracy Committee, which created a Student Declaration for Acceptable Use to generate awareness and develop expectations for best practices and behavior while using technology both in and outside of the classroom. High School District 211 Alternative Schools to Hold Graduation Ceremony on May 29

Township High School District 211 will hold its 22nd-annual commencement ceremony for the District’s alternative high school programs on Thursday, May 29, at Hoffman Estates High School (1100 W. Higgins Road in Hoffman Estates), beginning at 7 p.m. in the school auditorium. Graduates from the Class of 2014 at District 211 Academy-North, Academy-South, and Alternative High School will receive their diplomas during the ceremony. Family and friends are invited to attend. District 211 Enrollment Projections Completed Through 2021 – 2022 School Year

District 211 has completed its projected student enrollment through the 2021-2022 academic year. These projections indicate that the District’s enrollment at the five high schools will decrease approximately 0.86 percent in 2014 - 2015. Enrollment will continue to decline through 2018-2019 and will begin to increase in 2019-2020. Enrollment projections are based on data from Districts 15 and 54 and assume attendance boundaries as defined in October 2001 remain the same and there are no significant shifts of families within the District. Students in District 211’s academies kicked off their winter break by showing the faculty and staff just how creative they are. District 211 North and South academies recently hosted "Building Perspectives: Art at the Academies" at the G.A. McElroy Administration Center.
