Normally, it might be hard to find individuals excited and enthusiastic to jump into a pond in winter. However, students and staff from Hoffman Estates High School took a chilly plunge for a cause without thinking twice. Students and staff from Hoffman Estates High School joined community members in Palatine at the Twin Lakes Recreation Area on March 3 for the 2013 Polar Plunge.
