2014 – 2015 Tentative Budget Approved

Each fiscal year, High School District 211 creates a budget for the upcoming school year. The tentative budget for the 2014-2015 academic year was approved by the Board of Education at its Aug. 14 meeting, and is available for public viewing on the District website and at local libraries.  In accordance with School Code, the budget will be available for public review for 30 days, and following a public hearing at its Sept. 18 meeting, the Board will vote to adopt the plan for the upcoming year. District 211 Board of Education Approves Pool Renovation Projects

District 211 schools and its students, athletes, and community members can officially look forward to a long-range capital improvement project that will update the most heavily utilized facility within each building. The Board of Education approved the recommendation to update each of the five schools’ swimming pools at its May 23 meeting. The pool renovations, which will start at Conant High School, are estimated to cost $15 million and work will continue throughout the next five years.
