Annual Show Displays Academy-South, Academy-North, and New Endeavors Artwork

Students in District 211’s academies showed faculty and staff just how creative they are. District 211 students from Academy-North, Academy-South, and New Endeavors recently hosted the art show “The Art of Today, The Opportunities of Tomorrow,” at the G.A. McElroy Administration Center. Community Invited to Higgins Education Center Open House on September 3

Township High School District 211 is preparing for the opening of the Higgins Education Center, the new home to several of the District’s special education programs designed to meet the needs of our students and community. The Higgins Education Center Open House and Building Dedication will take place on Sept. 3, 2015, from 4:00-7:00 p.m., at 1030 W. Higgins Rd., in Hoffman Estates. The event is open and free to the community. District 211 Higgins Education Center Offers Centralized Location for Multiple Special Education Programs

District 211 offers several special education programs that meet the needs of its students and community, and for the first time many of those programs will be housed in one centralized building. The District 211 Higgins Education Center, 1030 W. Higgins Rd., is undergoing renovations to house programs that were either outside of District 211 boundaries or did not have a permanent structure.
