D211 Post: A Score of Perfect Scores

District 211 to Adopt SAT Suite of Assessments

The Illinois State Board of Education (I.S.B.E.) has previously required the ACT college admissions examination to be taken by every junior in the state. Recently, the I.S.B.E. announced that the ACT will be replaced by the SAT as the assessment of college readiness that will be used in the State of Illinois. It is in the best interests of District 211 juniors to have every opportunity to enter the post-secondary education of their choice by taking a college admissions exam.
