Schaumburg High School Band Students Return from Performing in Florida

The Schaumburg High School band just completed a tour that included stops in Orlando and Tampa, Florida. They had seven performances in six days while on the road. The marching band performed a parade in the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World in Orlando, and then traveled to Tampa where the jazz band and wind symphony competed. The wind symphony was awarded second place in the competition. The marching band also performed in the Outback Bowl Parade on New Year's Eve in Tampa's Ybor City to an electric crowd. SHS Marching Band Performs at Sold Out NIU Football Game

Students in the marching band at Schaumburg High School had an opportunity to perform in front of a sold-out, Northern Illinois University football game. The SHS Marching Band performed on Sept. 21 at the Northern Illinois University vs. Eastern Illinois University football game for NIU Band Days.
