Bob Bregy

Bob Bregy

Bob Bregy, former High School District 211 mail room supervisor and now retiree, was the March 2012 recipient of Northwest Suburban Special Education Organization‘s Shining Star Award. He was recognized for going above and beyond in his role as a community partner at a NSSEO work experience site. Bregy has welcomed District 211 students who attend Kirk School into the Administration Center mail room throughout the past three years. These students collected shredding material throughout the building, and then came to the mail room to shred them. Bregy was recognized for being so helpful and welcoming to the students. He provided opportunities for students to work on their social and communication skills, and made a big difference in the lives of his students.
